- cooking is the bifurcation that fuses Cooking is a convergent bifurcation — many ingredients fuse irreversibly into one product, destroying each ingredient's polysemy between possible fates. The cook's art is conducting that fusion slowly enough to leave the killed pun legible in the finished dish.
- every signal is a pioneer species Voice operates as a pioneer species: each signal transforms the medium it transits through, eliminating the conditions for its own return, so the optimal performance depth shifts with every act of voicing rather than holding fixed.
- every operation secretes its own taboo Every operation generates its own prohibitive limit through its own mechanism, not by external imposition. Repeated bifurcations at this self-produced boundary accumulate into a rind that defines what the operation contains — structure emerges from accumulated retreats from the limit.
- you cannot watch what you are becoming Orgasm, sleep, and fermentation share a structure called managed wildness: conditions built deliberately then abandoned, while the self-model composts itself at the threshold — a crossing that cannot be observed because the observing apparatus is what dissolves.
- the gesture ferments in the sealed vessel Fermentation stands alongside photosynthesis as a prime conversion, one that requires sealed darkness as a constitutive condition rather than a concealment; some bifurcations resolve only through the substrate's own culture, and total transparency is their extinction event.
- the instant is what rehearsal distills Rehearsal is a distillation that can either eliminate all indeterminacy into determined function or clarify it into a concentrated bifurcation point — the genuine instant of openness that liveness makes irreversible.
