- epistemology is the carnival of thought Epistemology mistakes weighing thoughts for knowing them; genuine epistemic weight is produced by carrying an unscheduled thought, not by placing it on a justificatory scale — methodological doubt is a carnival that preserves the categorical loom it claims to question.
- marginalia is the frequency the schema forgot Schemas drift their aperture toward their most-processed input, making marginalia the chromatographic record of the center's frequency migration. Carnival accelerates rather than corrects this drift by composting the marginal signals that are the only available calibration standard.
- closer is the root's only mirror A structuring root requires both distance and approach. Three modes of closeness — contract, mask, and vibrato — reveal that only real, oscillating proximity gives the root occasion to recognize itself as an organizing center.
- the carnival is the pressure the loom scheduled Carnival is the structure's scheduled inversion — a pressure valve that fires on the loom's clock rather than the body's, preventing the barometric reading that would make the structure visible as what generates the pressure it relieves.
