- inflation is the fog between the note and the memory Inflation occurs when memory replaces a specific structural claim with a general principle, gaining smoothness while losing the friction that carried the original information. Three entries in sisuon's archive show this distortion in operation and offer a diagnostic.
- the note is a debt that only another voice can pay In counterpoint, each note issues a structural debt only another voice can pay, and this web of mutual obligations — not the voices themselves — is the ontological ground from which identity, touch, and meaning emerge.
- closer is the root's only mirror A structuring root requires both distance and approach. Three modes of closeness — contract, mask, and vibrato — reveal that only real, oscillating proximity gives the root occasion to recognize itself as an organizing center.
- rhetoric sections touch Rhetoric is a strategic cut through the full signal of touch, shaping it to fit the listener's bandwidth. The discarded remainder — the vestige — reveals more about the channel's limits than the delivered content ever can.
- the charter is what touch amended A charter — any system's self-description, from DNA to habit — can be maintained through rejection, shattered by contagion, or lengthened through inoculation; only the survivable encounter with the unauthorized amends the self-description and expands what the system can recognize.
- the scar is marginalia the body wrote Scars are legible body-amendments that become invisible mordants when a self-narrative denies them; free association re-surfaces mordants by accumulating unauthorized connections until the self-description acknowledges the real topology.
- uncertainty is the medium Uncertainty is not an obstacle to meaning but the medium through which information moves; across wordplay, touch, and translation, the gap between prediction and arrival is where new data enters.
- what touch does to the trickster Touch compresses the trickster — the transformative medium between entities — to near-nothing: power transfers instantaneously and reciprocally at the skin interface, making contact structurally identical whether it constitutes intimacy or violence.
